Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to create a great first impression on buyers before they enter your house. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers shape their initial opinion of your home and how you perform house's regular maintenance. Acknowledging this helps us to choose what we can do to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't as neat as possible with touched up paint and blooming greenery it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer envision themselves hanging out in your living area, relaxing in your reading nook or hosting a dinner in your eat-in kitchen? We want your Open House to pleasantly accept buyers and give them a sense of ease. I'll help you achieve this by suggesting small improvements that enhance your home's features. I'll suggest that you get rid of anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Table and counter tops should be neatly arranged. Brick-a-brack, sentimental items, family photos, and kids' works of art should get moved out of sight. We'll simplify the decor of house. Disheveled or cluttered spots make your home seem less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves calling your place home.
Every area gets a once-over. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to get changed, fixtures that need shining, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively affect the sale.
We'll make sure your home is likable and that it's comfortable, steering clear of "loud" or "too-bright" hues on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can try borrowing furnishings. The goal is for your home to look homey as opposed to bare.

Setting the Stage At every showing, we want to capture buyers' attention. Shadows are important and we'll draw back curtains, and change light bulbs where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests take a walk-through of your home and assure a delightful fragrance flows throughout your house. We'll incorporate cozy-looking bedspreads, and place pillows on your sofa and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current home is their future home. |
